You did mention you don't know the default password, which was used to login right? So it's changed from stdONU101 to something else after upgrade?

I don't know. Some people here said that their default password was changed after upgradation. She(The support person) typed it for me after updation.

Yeh I did the upgrade too all the settings remain unchanged so no hassle of that.

The only gripe is if I could get that ipv6 somehow working .
Varkey sitting over there with custom router and firmware and looting bsnl bandwidth speed.

I guess I had lot of speed issues guess it was due to varkey's high bandwidth usage.

While a BSNL person was doing remote checking on my ONU he asked why have you enabled IPv6? I said "It's enabled in Palakkad and Ernakulam. Thought that it will come soon to Kannur". He said, there are some problems with it now. Hence not deployed in Kannur.

I recommend to reset your ONU and configure it again bcoz of the new firmware upgrade. [ Then only that Netlink logo will appear ]
