PLZ Help my modem Keeps restarting

Hi ,every one I have a BSNL UL900 Plan...............Recently my modem(UT300R2U) has begun to restart while downloading files ................... Not able to download from link-removed :wall::wall::wall::wall: (IP changes when it restarts)Whats the problem...........Does any of u face the same problem..........PLZ help me...................

which part of bangalore you are in? i do get my router/modem restarted when line having noise. please check whether there is any disturbance in the line !!

I am put up at Hennur main road area but its restarting quite frequently....

Ya the bitswap is enabeled................do u think there is a problem wit my modem..........:huh::huh::huh:
