LOL glad Jio changed your LYF anyways it's useful for the towns, where BB options not available,I dont know about all you guys but jio changed my life
in 2011 i have roamed around bsnl office for atleast thrice a week and even tried to bribe him, begged him. He always said that there are no connections in my area without even checking. I mean he is so lazy that he never moved his ass from his office not even once. He even have cast feeling
after that i got reliance net connect with 1499 plan. 10gb fup i think. i was getting 0.70Mbps to 1Mbps, used it from 2011 - 2013
After that some line man told me that if i raise this bsnl issue at JE office(i think) he will solve my problem. then i went to je and he said if i pay a whole yr payment upfront + digging costs(some bribe for line workers 600/-) then i will get connection. Totally ok with me and got the connection. It worked for a yr and after that some A**H**es destroyed the underground wires while digging for road renovation. after that my snr was down to 4 from 16. the net wont work for 10minutes after every 1hr and also for 8Mbps i only got around 3Mbps. I complained several times at their office they simply said that is what you get if you dont want then will just disconnectforget about downloads!! i'm not even able to browse
Now after reading a post on facebook about RJIO i thought lets give it a shot as they are giving free sim. I never thought i would see 10MBps in my home. I even got dizzy for few hours:whew:. I panicked a lot and didn't know what to download :blush:
from January if they launch a plan with 50gb for 1500 with 1Mbps FUP. will gladly take it

In Delhi local BB operators provides unlimited 5mbps at ₹500 (which jio gives indoor speed)
even airtel BB give 60Gb at 16mbps after 512kbps in ₹1399 + Unlimited L+N calls.
I know comparing wireless with wired bb isn't fair but I have lost any hope with Jio Fiber Bb
happy with airtel 1399 they will become better when jio will compete them at BB level.

@DloadfCUkr I don't think they'll offer unlimited for 2500 unless Jio brings the fiber service to my town which apparently i can get now and still not able to.
I had a chat with jio manager in Bangalore who shared an invite for lyf in may.
All jio devices except jio link will have 4 GB fup per day sooner .
Only fup free device till 31 December is JIOLINK.
One more point he mentioned was jio link will not be available if ftth is planned in that city/area. So only ftth or jio link for unlimited fup free plans.
He did mention launch of fiber will happen in a few months

I buyed JIO because of my high internet bills,i had Tata connection 16 mpbs 160 fup for 1600 permonth.I didnt used it for 2 months still they charged me.
So i thought of buying a lyf phone.So i buyed flame 1 for rs 4200 got JIO sim free i buyed on 14 august it got activated next day.First Day i looked for places where i can get good signal,then i was happy with speed it was giving me 25 mpbs speed (2.2 mpbs downloading) and 11 mpbs upload.
But it gave me horrible browsing speed.But downloading from steam,torrent etc was fine.Ping in online games is good and low but its not stable
it go to 160 to 300 its only stays stable for 2 mins.
So when i heard the welcome offer i was very angry (still angry),at least they should switch us to welcome offer when our preview offer ends but no...

speeds are now 15 to 5 mpbs
Browsing speed are thrash! even 3g is faster lol.
Ping in gaming no change.
So if u want gaming with JIO plz dont buy it wait for FTTH.
Downloading speed are faster than idea and airtel in my city.
Volte quality of call is ok.

From Sept 5 Jio is not same as it used to be. Very slow speeds,don't get fooled by Speedtest and netvelocity. Check fast.com. Now even websites don't open. Most of the websites open very slowly. Streaming except from YouTube very slow. There is some very big technical glitch with Jio. If some Jio employee is reading this,can he explain can we get browsing experience of at lest 1mbps Bsnl broadband,not asking for much. If this condition continues I am going to throw not only my sim but Lyf phone too. They r controlling Lyf phones from backend. I uninstalled all Jio apps, next morning I saw them installed again on my set. They can't do that,I paid for it if not internet. In my Jio app plan details says 4GB limit does not apply on Jio apps, but totally wrong. And after limit exhausts 20KBps is not enough even to browse. I was planing not to go back to Bsnl but it seems most probably have to go back to Bsnl. In today's world websites have become data hungry and GB's finish in matter of hours, so can't depend on Jio with limits. I thought Jio would bring revolution but it is just another new operator. I was ok when they used PM pick, but now I feel angrier day by day with their pathetic service. First they took 1 yr to launch and now millions of subscribers in month,which they can't handle.
