Anyone has the complete list of exemptions and inclusions? I am reading that it only applies to DL series and there are a lot of exemptions including of course emergency services. Someone mentioned that government vehicles are exempt (lol of course you do not expect CJI or PM of India to travel in Metro 15 days in a month).
