So I am reading that courts have indeed appointed Environment Pollution Control Authority to monitor the pollution levels in Delhi. Too bad I could not find any online source where they are broadcasting this data for public analysis.

Yep. He keeps forgetting that the target of this was to reduce pollution, not traffic. And traffic alone doesn't cause pollution. No one is looking at other factors. Udhar public transport is overburdened to such an extent that slowly those who had been forced to use might start looking to buy their next vehicle if this scheme continues. Eventually we would come back to same situation. He can gloat all he want for now but the real problem is still out there.

looks like never event is set for march-april period. maybe during the time when kids have holidays after exams. it also looks like he might extend it during the summer vacations. these are the times they have access to the buses owned by schools.
