Port Binding Disabled

Hi I want to know is there any way to disable port binding in client side i mean any script, tool , programs etc.Any Dialer for bypass port binding checking.

No WAY, Port binding happens only from ISPs side not from the user's side. so there is no way to disable port binding from User's side.
