Generated a porting code yesterday.
Got a call from Tata retention as to why i want to port out. I told them i receive loads of spam sms.They said sir please give us time and we will get it sorted out. I said have complained 100s of times for spam yet i receive a lot so no more time and that you will learn a lesson when you will start loosing high value customer.To which she said company ko koi farak ni pardta agar koi number port karwa le toh. I said so why are you trying to retain me
I have made a payment of Rs 1600 which is well above my monthly bill which is fixed at about 1450. My billing date is 15th of every month. So they should not play dirty games.
