Prepaid Broadband AFTER PostPaid

I had Postpaid broadband b4 some months ! Now i want broadband for some days so i have bought Prepaid Broadband !I have gotten Recharge Voucher ! but i have not got Portal ID . and when i enter my older portal ID ( POSTPAID ) , it shows all services for postpaid !When i asked BSNL OFFICE . they told me that u have to enter new portal ID. But i dont have this !What to do ! plz suggest

portal id and user id are different for pre & post paid. call the local exchange to get ur portal id.let me know which voucher denomination u got

@leo_88 forYOU have a single PHOne number ( landline )No problem for Postpaid.You are registered under a NEW USERID and Password for Prepaid services. ( did you try this ?)So quote the New user ID to exchange and ask for Usageportal ID for this account.the web site as usual http:/data.bsnl.infeedback.Use NetworX application for prepaid ID. for single computer.If you use different computers/ at different locations, difficultto check usage locally. ( also VOIP)Worst case scenerio , if you exceed the quota you cannot connect!Also recharge etc to be done at USAGE portal.validity period cannot be extended, and you should use the d/l within specified period.Feedback.
