1. Tried switching to dialer mode ?2. post your ipconfig/all data.3. Also post the screen shot of TCP/IP properties page of your connection.

Normal.You are on dialer mode as per this picture screen shot: DNS not changed !!!

compare: I am on "ALways On" PPPoE mode

first DNS server was 61.0.0.5 and 61.1.96.69 then i changed it to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 so there is a differnce in prev screenshot
 
If you have switched to bridge mode, try now and see if you are able to overcome the issue. Too tired, please continue with essbebe. Thanks.

but changing the modem will solve the problem? coz i connected my friends modem to my connection and i still get the problem
 
for God's sake give valid./useful information.
What is the modem make/number of your friend's ?
If same type compare the pages again.
Could he restore his connection ? and surfing normal ?

but changing the modem will solve the problem?
If BSNL exchanges the modem you can find it out.
If still problem, your computer settings OS etc to be checked.
