Problems with Airtel

Nopes, i send picture msgs from my SE to a Nokia. Previously when i was on Vodafone and BSNL Cellone, this used to work flawlessly. So its definitely Airtel related problem. My colleagues who are on the same plan, are able to send pic msgs without any problems. Some of them use SE too and it works flawlessly for them.

No idea!!. call the CC and lodge a complaint there, but i seriously dont think weather they wud so anything..:P
 
Airtel Kerala sucks. I regret my decision to switch to Airtel. Vodafone Kerala is far better than this crap. These days am sticking with my BSNL Prepaid. I had raised some complaints, none of them are getting resolved and some sweet voiced gal would ring me up and ask me whether am facing any problems. I end the call saying it was just a false alarm and currently am not facing any problems. Frankly i get pissed, but whats the use of ranting at her? Its just another unsatisfied subscriber as far as she is concerned...
 
yeah dude!! there aint any use of shouting at Customer care coz they r paid to listen to it and all big guns from Airtel are comfortable in their respective position, they have nothing to do with Customers..well, Seriously TRAI should come up wid some serious penalty for Dumb asses from Airtel..Hutch was better till Vodafone took over it, now am facing serious problems from Vodafone...for example i cannot connect to server numbers, customer care, could not call to a CDMA( Reliance) mobile and Network error every now and then....customer care people says its due to "network conjunction"..They r just giving us those scripted answers, no proper solutions to our problems, In a country where Telecom sector is booming like anything, do we expect this kinda Shitt from Access providers??Pathetic..:@.. ****in maroons:wall:
 
Reliance has a cute policy that if the outage is under 3 days, we still need to pay. And, next comes the wonderful part, since for me two of the days fell on the next bill, that month I was told bill is not generated, call back next month, and next month, I was told 2 days & hence cannot pay. Had to literally scream my head off to multiple nodal officers and finally a sensible guy patiently sat down, went through all details and had the credit given somehow. Ofcourse, other problems continued and Relaince was kicked out. Would definitely be interested to know Airtel's stand on similar situation.

Did you report it right away and kept checking status. I had 5-6 tickets opened everyday & all of them had to be collectively shown to prove my point that it was never fixed.
 
they fixed my speed problem yesterday. 5 days i believe i had to bother them. i am now waiting for them to look into the missing 3GB problem. i am assuming that since my download continued from 4th night to 5th morning. their system sort of added the data consumed on 4th night to my usage in 5th morning.
