Q: How to Get the New Remote working with OLD STB on dish TV

guys, I am again in need of a new remote, Is it possible to get the newer DishTV remote to work with old Zenega Box, I once purchased the new Bugger remote but it didn't worked on my STB for some reason, so had to return and buy the old crappy small one.But remote is again broken.How do i get the New Big Remote working with my zenega STB ?
