Recharge problem

When i try to recharge my account with ivr(1800-102-8080) with my registered mobile no. ,first i select language option then ivr says if u r customer of adtv then press 1 ,i press 1 it says for dialing my 10 digit customer id ,i dial,it again ask me for dialing 10 digit customer id.I doesn't accept my customer id.I had called cc many times they said your account is on process,it is not completely activated,please try after 24 hours.The cc said u will be able to recharge your account after 24 hours.I bought adtv last Saturday.My problem is not solved till now..I also not able to recharge with their website....
 
tat means ur account is not been activated till now and u have to wait for the account to be registered and do call CC to take necessary steps and there is no other go for it:(
