there is nothing you can do, because if someone has your data in their phonebook and installs the app, they knowingly/unknowingly have given all your data to them, so either way, you are screwed.

You can always keep the app and unlist yourself. Truecaller pulls data from facebook too.

Oh thats cool then! And i dont have to worry about FB.....i anyways have banned all Platform Apps from my profile. So it cant touch my profile!

Not necessarily from your facebook account, but from those who are in your friends list. Status et al. Thats how they got my picture, I feel.

Well anybody can unlist anyone's number. Anyway, this sounds really cool but major privacy issues.
