I've said it twice. It works fine on data cards. I've been using it for a while now.

It isn't supposed to work on data cards. You are lucky if it's working for you. It may not work for everyone.

U in Jammu and you can do recharge? it means its prepaid ? and prepaid cards are not possible in Jammu right?

Prepaid roaming doesn't work in J&K. Prepaid connections are now allowed I think.
