True... we can only hope for the best... if they cannot include many other channels in their basic packs then its a waste to have them offer 400 (and all at prices).

if they had a public channel like twitter or facebook, they would have found out that people hate their logo. mailing them or telling the customer care guys is not going to help anyone.

I think all Bigtv subscribers hate the LOGO as much as possible.
Rest of the DTH including Tata Sky has little good logo which doesnt spoil our viewing.

Ya, TS logo is the best for the viewers. it doesnt distract us in viewing channels.

Dishtv has the smallest Logo. TS and Airtel has same lenght logos but transparent. Sun DTH doesnt show Logos in few STB.

What is in our hand to get the BIG TV logo smaller and transparant? What sort of complaints we can do against them and where?

Few days ago, my STB again downloded a new update but i couldnt figure out what did it change? no logo changes, no new channels, no font changes, no smoother process then what the hell did they change in the upgrade?

They added some channels last week but most of them are regional.
