Today when i started my TV, i saw a messsage to press OK button as to upgrade software. i done so. It upgraded and unfortunately the QUICK menu and other menus have became VERY SLOW again (as they changed color - from blue to red)!!!!!!! PATHETIC SERVICE!!!They dont add channels, they dont make logo smaller but they are bothering to changing menu colors and making their system even slower!!! DAMN IT.VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Yes the menus have become really slow and so much RED is irritating!!!
The only good thing is that they have added some more channels, NGC HD, Fox crime, FX, etc.

CC keeps saying a canned reply - "it will be resolved soon. we are working on it. upgradation is going on and will be solved soon". Now we are tired of hearing same reply. it is pathetic and very very slow. It seems that they added fox crime and other channels (may be including 1 HD channels too) but of no use. Overall system is too slow.....

NGC HD,HS18,FX,FOX CRIME added . They are launching HD PVR in may for Rs6990

We do not want more channels or HD channels until they fix their big time problems of slow menu, big logo etc...

Just like mobiles, government should also allow foreign players to enter into DTH market and then only it will be a little better!

They are now advertising HD DVR!!! They havent even resolved the problem of current STB of having slow menus and all. Logo is a big pain too. What we can expect from HD DVR?Pathetic planning and way of business. Anil will surely lose businesses in long term.

Just to update here --- after last upgrade of software, their system is still slow. It is been almost 20 days now. In the beginning they were telling us that it will be resolved in just few days but even after few weeks, problem still exist.BIG TV hain to BIG problem bhi hain.

Dont open BIG TV website or their BUY ONLINE partner website. They have malware problem.

Their STB function is still slow after last update. Channel menu is opening and navigating slower. CC keeps saying "will be resolved soon". Pathetic service and product of course.
