BIG TV SOFTWARE UPGRADE (Ver 1.6.1)

I found only 1 change visually. Volume bar is now a big and more useful. Before this, it was just a little speaker showing volume loud/slow but now a it shows a horizontal progressbar showing increasing/decreasing.

It also scanned 2 more TV channels and 5 more radio channels. I couldnt figure out which 2 new TV channels added. Today morning itself i talked to CC and they said - it will flash on screen "Channel Name - Channel Number" but nothing comes up that way. I just turned it on and it shown "Software Upgrade in Progress... Please Wait", it upgraded and scanned new channels. Thats it.

I dont know which channels got added (may be regional ones which i completely have no idea about).

There is no other upgrade (such as BIG logo on top, addition of Reminder or anything else whatever is still remaining).

Hope they implement soon! Thats all for now.

New TV Channels Added - 188 TotalNew Radio Channels Added - 10 Total I think following channels are added newly:655 - Shalom TV805 - Kalaignar863 - Kiran TV864 - Kairali TV867 - Kairali WE TV STB starts functioning automatically as soon as we start a POWER switch (No need to press a power button again in a remote) I think STB function becomes a bit slower. When we start browsing channels, a menu scrolls up and down slowly. ------------- By the way, i can get a new BIG TV connection anywhere inside GUJARAT ------------- Let me know if anyone wants to buy anywhere in Gujarat. (I asked a person from whom i bought about outside Gujarat but he said that they can cover only Gujarat territory).

Oh ok... actually i never watch those other regional channels so no idea... i just browsed and saw those new logos... so i thought, they might new but i guess, that Shalom TV is new.. i never watched their logo while browsing!!!

1 more change in last upgrade: Previously when we MUTE the sound; that MUTE speaker icon was getting disappeared after few seconds (which was wrong as we were unable to know whether it has been muted or a voice has gone) but now it stays there till we un-mute it. So its a good and positive change. Again, when i switched it on today late evening - 2 more channels got added. So now, 190 channels total. Again, a good thing. Now a bad thing - channel guide is showing a wrong program. When something is going in a particular time slot; their mini guide (bottom of a same screen) shows a different program name (i think till yesterday it was all perfectly showing up but from today morning, its showing wrong program names).I must say - they work hard but not in a smarter way! (it seems like that to me) Anyway, these are the updates till now!
