Kinda easier than breaking the box etc if you intend to go DIY :d

Reliance goes down enough with the modem in my sight. Do not want to come downstairs to restart the modem again and again.

Reliance people are abusive in my area. I really want to avoid direct communication.

i am actually planning to apply for a second connection if they do not shift it by 13th which is what they are saying is the deadline.

i mean it's hilarious. the call center guy actually told me that they take 5 days for external shifting and 7 days for internal. i am on the fifth day of my internal shifting request so i need to wait for two more days.
