Ha ha...this is Reliance and whatever they say is true. If u start like "I'm not satisfied with your service and thinking of(not sure) surrendering the BB" the next word from the CC is "Shall i take the request for disconnection". So, don't ever **** with Reliance.

^^^^I got the same bullshit yesterday..according to TRAI..4 Mbps for 10 people.Between 7:00PM and 11:00PM (Approx.) I get ~600Kbps. But other time the speed is fine...

u r saying 7 p.m to 10 p.m u got only 600 kbps speed whereas u have 4 mbps plan it means if i have 2 mbps plan then i will get less then 2 mbps speed daily 7 to 10 p.m.

I have changed my plan to 2Mbps Rs.699 plan.. so far no issues...I may opt to pay them quarterly..
