Reliance Broadband down in North India?

At least this is the excuse their customer support gave me. Explains why local guys are not even picking up the phone.

Reliance has been down for me since September 4th big time. Copy-paste responses were all I got. Was able to use it only for 2 days in 3 weeks I am from LKO btw.

it has largely remained down for me since 25th of last month

Staying in Mumbai Bandra W...no internet for me since Sept 2nd.:envy: and past 3 days their computers are down and so they cannot check up on my complaint ..... my situation is in soap opera territory now.:russianroulette:
