Reliance Jio 4G LTE Invites

my friend has his primary number converted from RIM CDMA to Reliance 4G,
after initial 2-3 days, data usage is getting deducted from main balance.

Recharge of data pack failing.

yesterday he left Data on for few hours, the Rs.250 recharge gone down the drain, he is so scared to turn data ON now.
He called customer care, but it doesn't lets him navigate to a operator, and IVR speaks about some porting code active, which he never requested.

He is having Sam, note 3, so dual sim is not an option.

any ideas ?

I think they gave 1GB to use on 2G/3G before 4G goes live. It seems your friend has exhausted his 1GB. Unfortunately, data packs can't be recharged currently. Once 4G does go live, he'll get his 10GB. Only main balance be added to converter numbers, nothing else. Port out if this is a hassle.

@jayant.upes - You can register at www.jio.com and you should get your invite in 4-5 days. or u can visit any reliance digital store as most of them are giving the offer without invites

I also got 2 invites but DX store people are not asking for invites any more. I bought without invite.

The mail could be in your spam folder also. Check it in promotions folder in Gmail.
