Need help!
I already have a jio sim which had a validity of 3 months with 75 gb of data. The validity of three months is going to end in nine days. So i wanted to kbow how can i recharge a data pack and extend the validity. Any help will be appriciated. Thanks!

Team Jiountil today it isnt activated nd shiwing emergency calls only.
Any idea how much time it will take.....
I got this msg on my other number i provided

@kunwer cheema It could take anywhere from a few hours to a few days, depending on the load on the backend team. Some users have seen the sims getting activated without few hours, whereas some have waited for 5- 6 days for the activation.

You will know when your number is ready when you get a 2nd SMS (on your alternate number) informing you that your Jio number is now ready for tele-verification.

Haven't even got the first msg, since Friday

People were complaining left right and centre at the Reliance Digital store in Sec 29 about filling the form N number of times and sim not getting activated for a week.

Yes. You will be able to latch onto JIO network once you get an SMS like this.

Dear Customer,
Your number XXXXXXXXXX is now ready for tele-verification. To activate both voice and data services, dial 1977 from your Jio SIM. To activate data services only, dial 1800-890-1977 from any number.
Keep PoI/PoA documents used for obtaining the Jio sim ready when you call as details will need to be provided on the call for SIM activation.
