Why they would want their users to just get rid of their connections then?

As if Poor Plans were not enough that they want 1/10 of the Upload Speeds now?

I'm not naive but some brain-dead person is handling this whole JioFiber Project.

1/10 on FTTH is unimaginable.

Well I didn't want to make a categoric statement saying all users are throttled as we have heard from only a few people so far. However I agree that you are quite likely correct.
 
So maybe time for disconnect? I specifically took JioFiber for Upload Speeds.

You mean to say your bronze and combo plans you paid for haven't been activated and are in queue ?

Use LAN. I play Apex Legends on SEA server I get around 83 ping.
