Thats wrong bro. I don't know why people are so obsessed with getting iptv. First it was jio dish and now iptv. And even IF jio iptv comes, the rules as per trai are same for cable and iptv. So you won't be getting anything free and the charges will be same.

Agreed I don't think Jio TV app is IPTV, its normal Jio TV like the one we use in our phones. It will consume data from the FUP however afaik there are no rules for IPTV by TRAI.

Is it possible to change DNS on Jio Rs 2,500 router? I wanted to change to Google DNS,

IPv4 - 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4
IPv6 - 2001:4860:4860::8888, 2001:4860:4860::8844

I am not sure but I think you will need to enter it in LAN as well.

No need to enter DNS in LAN DHCP Settings if already entered in Internet connection settings.

I have both but I am currently using Tenda AC10 and the WiFi coverage is amazing compared to TP-Link AC1200 plus I simply love the design of Tenda AC10. Speedwise, they are the same. One advantage of the TPLink AC1200 is that it has one USB Port but the same is not present in Tenda AC10.

Anybody managed to change DNS in the ONT? I tried to add my pi-hole DNS but it works only till I restart the ONT. After rebooting it automatically sets the default ISP DNS.

Mine is set to Google DNS in ONT. No issues.
