Steam has pop servers in Delhi. So it should be good speed.

Steam servers are useless. The max I get is 18-24 MBps from mumbai server, when I'm based in Noida. Delhi server maxes out at 8-10.
Use the MS office link shared above

I never faced any issue with the Steam Servers on Hathway, Airtel, Excitel.

Issue is with Jio Fiber only.

Where to test that MS Office Link file? Chrome or something else?
