Reliance Jio is not providing me new fiber connection even though neighbours have it

so this is a bit weird scenario, i'll try to put all the details clearly.

basically, we recently shifted our house, i was using airtel at old place however it is not available here, (it is a bit villagey area, town?), main point is that JioFiber is available here, wiring is all done. 7 houses/neighbours are already using it (since long ago), so i went with jio over some unreliable local operator (which i havent checked if exists at all or not).

so i applied for a new connection, app showed that jiofiber is available, congrats and so on... then couple days later i receive call from local jio person, he says that jio cant be installed at my house because the S2 (?) box near my house is all full (this box is installed on electricity pole right in front of my house) and they are not yet planning to install new S2 box anytime soon, however as checked physically and confirmed by other jio person, the box has 1 port still free but it shows as full in their system because another jio person has activated some other jio connection in another nearby locality on this box ID (the one in front of my house), so he cant activate my connection on this box ID but promises me that he will do the same and activate my connection on another box ID from other nearby locality.

great, i provide my documents, he does his thing, collects payment (made online to jio only). and said that connection will be done in 3-2 days. come 2 days later, installation guys show up at my house after multiple calls, lays fiber from my home to S2 box on pole, connects router and setup everything at home, but when they go to activate, they are unable to activate my connection as their app is not accepting the box ID or whatever it is and after 1 hour and multiple calls with their internal team, they give up, wiring is still installed, they have taken stb and router back, and after many days of delays promises to fix and provide me connection, they have cancelled my order (refund done) 4 days back.

i am deeply disturbed by all these shenanigans, and desperately need internet, but now all 3-4 local jio persons are not picking up my call, i am daily receiving promotional messages for jiofiber. theoretically if my box is full in their system, atleast one must free nearby but they are doing nothing to fix this.

can anyone suggest me ways to fix this? where can i reach any higher authority from jio? social media? any mail id or number where i can make complaints.

Solution
UPDATE: on 30th June, JIO engineer suddenly calls me and the first thing he asks me to please share the email-ID where i emailed the complaint because suddenly there is approval for my internet connection and that they are coming to my house for installation, and then boom, 10-12 people show up with officer/manager and all kind of people there for inspection, they tried everything again that day, did some internal things, but internet connection was not successful. next day there were 5-6 people trying to gauge how i could be provided internet from 2-3 road over from another termination box, was not possible so they go and promise me that it will be installed tomorrow, tomorrow comes and no reply. i call the same engineer and he says...
though opening grievance with nch seems like trouble as my money has already been refunded and technically i am not jio's customer yet, and nch require customer id and all to register grievance.

You can still open the grievance as you demanded service and didn't request the refund and they pushed the refund forcefully down your throat

Take Airtel or other service.
If you want jio only means wait for few months till they install new box.
They can't do anything when connections are full.

@mikrotik BSNL recently resurrected my landline that was dead for 3 months with a fibre line. This is via a LCO not direct. And TBH the LCO is far far more customer friendly than those sarkari buffoons in the BSNL office.

Those interested may want to check for the presence of BSNL LCOs. If sufficient people show interest they may extend a fibre line to your residential area.

@ganges563 you cannot force a provider to give you a connection. You will either need to wait for them to upgrade their infra or select another ISP.

Now no one is interested in BSNL as everyone shifted to either airtel or Jio. Jio got bulk of the customers as they had laid the cables first. Airtel got comparatively less customers.

again, the person called me yesterday noon (the guy who takes payment, documents and all that) said sorry for the delay and that delay was because it took time get the new termination box installed and have it activated and that the mails i sent earlier made it fast track and the approval was for its quick installation. takes payment and 2 hours after (in the evening) the engineer showed up with router and set top box and did final fiber connection and the connected the router and finally my internet was activated.

i breathed a sigh of relief and that this whole issue was finally solved, so wanted to share this with you all. some stories do have a happy ending.
i know many people here shit on JIO and thats understandable, however, where i live - JIO is the only option and the best option, atleast better than airtel dongle wihich have sky high pings and speed doesnt go above 800-900.

thanks @Lolita_Magnum and @igloo for providing me the email details, i dont know which one worked because i didnt receive a response from either but i mailed them same time (not cc) and my issue got resolved.

tagging @mikrotik @havoc @Xposed @awemonk in case you guys would like to know how this turned out, while i did not force jio to give me a connection, didn't know 1 single email would have the effect that whole team came at my home with multiple officers.

now question is, should i share this email id to jio guy? he said many other people are facing same issue and he will spread the email id to other people as well so their issue get resolved as well.

Solution
@ganges563 they were ready to erect mini tower above my house(and ready to pay rent too) after I sent a network complaint email so this very small issue imo.

Anyone has a similar contact at Airtel? There was randeep (dot) sekhon@airtel (dot) com but never got a reply and no resolution as well.
