yesterday had a word with jio distributor he told 5was the date he was supposed to get handsets.. and it was not delivered so it will be delayed a lot and it will be useless to hope for it before diwali.. he told it will tka3 more than 15days now.

and no one from...distributor line or other knows when it will be delivered

Our initial investigation suggests that this is a case of intentional sabotage. The damage to the device seems to have been intentionally caused. Hey guys, it has been too long, they did not deliver the phone so I mailed them that I want to cancel the phone, but they denied it and said it is transferable and cannot be cancelled. So can you tell me that whether I can cancel it when my distributor gets it and take cash from him, or suggest me any other alternative to cancel it.

IIRC a tata nano did catch fire on flyover during its initial days.
