Reliance services in Gurgaon

Does anyone from Gurgaon have Reliance broadband plans? I think only the 3G Netconnect is available here. Am I wrong? If not, what kind of speeds do you get?

Reliance Wired Broadband availability depends on the area you live in.

Hmm, when I called them they said that they will install wired broadband irrespective of my area. I guess the customer service is not that well informed. Nothing unusual.

Yep. Don't go by what they say. There have been instances wherein the local guys collect the money and don't install the connection.

Try calling the person who took the check from you. You must be having CAF number, which you can share with the customer care to find the status of your connection.

I am in Gurgaon Sector 54 and called in Reliance Wireline services few days back. They asked for pincode(122011) of area and confirmed no service is available in this pincode.
Call their center and check.

I want to buy this below iPhone offer from reliance.

I am going to shift to gurgaon so buying it from there only. But after checking with some of the friends in Delhi NCR the feedback for reliance is not good at all.
What i understand that in Delhi NCR, only Vodafon and airtel are considered as reliable ISP. I am in dilemma, buying this offer in Gurgaon can be a mess...Any expert advice will be a great help.

Reliance GSM is not very good in Gurgaon based on guess what... The Reliance Web World guy in my local area.
