Removing addon packages on tata sky dth

Usually i don't call them up. I go to the 'My query' section (under 'Contact Us') and write them to downgrade/drop a pack. They call me and confirm the same before they go ahead.I haven't had the experience of the rep eating my brain for dropping a pack

For FIFA World cup 2010, I want to subscribe few sports channels. I guess, ESPN/Star Sports will cover this one month long event. Can I subscribe that addon package for just 1 month? I don't need those channels after the event.

Yes you can subscribe these channels, You would need to call them up after 1 month to remove these channels. There is no option of automatic removal of any packages in Tata Sky.

Hurrrrray I have a solution.step by step 1) First Login into your account. 2)Then go to "Contact Us" heading 3) in Sub section select "My Query" 4)in "Nature of query/complaint:" select "Channel/package" 5) then in "Type" select "Drop ****** Package" Let me know if it worked for you

Its works Sports Pack drop autmatically. But for other packs , they call us the next day and drop. I ve Tata Indicom mobile too TATA to TATA free so I call them and drop

u can go to helpdesk tab at right corner and scroll to chanel/packages tab, on click u can see "drop package" then remove as u wish.ur subscript sud b at least 1 mnths.
