Removing addon packages on tata sky dth

u can go to helpdesk tab at right corner and scroll to chanel/packages tab, on click u can see "drop package" then remove as u wish.ur subscript sud b at least 1 mnths.

Now this option shows to drop only sports packages. I would like to drop my English Movies pack which I could not do this way. There are two options to select under Channel/Packages: "Channel Unavailable" and "Drop Sports Packages". As soon as I select drop sports packages it says you do not have anything in this category and will not allow to submit a request.

wanted to make some changes to the TS package. went online on TS Account login website and it was offline ! Called up TS no. after some 10 min going through various menus was told our system is not working please call us again in Morning. Asked him if I can modify by myself online he said that cant be done has to be done on phone only ..grrr !

U can get it done via Live Chat option as well. Login to myportal and select live chat and ask the agent to make the required changes.

yes thats what i did just now it was A1 support got the entire thing done in 5 min or less superb !

na no. are toll free atleast I have it but last time I ended up calling from their website which weren't toll free and more annoying is the series of buttons one needs to push on cell phone to talk to some rep. !

There is a limit set to toll free no, 3 mins max u can speak to an agent
