I have got BSNL Dataone Home 500 plan since last year. I paid in advance for 12 months (Rs.5000).
Now the 12 month time period is coming to an end. How do I renew the same connection for future? If I do not want to pay for 12 months, can I pay monthly along with bill (whatever be the charges).
What about ADSL modem, do I have to pay for that again or is it one time charge?
I do not want disconnection from BSNL Dataone. I just want to continue using Dataone with the same username / mail identity.
Does anyone know what is the procedure and what documentation is required? Do I need receipt from last year as well? Does BSNL have some kind of reminder service when the connection is about to expire (I doubt they do...).
