Don't subsidize stuff dammit. Subsidies distort the market. And to make matters worse, all those who cannot afford cars will end up subsidizing those who will rush in to buy this one. And does Sheila Dixit think electricity magically appears from somewhere? In India a major part of it is produced by BURNING COAL.
