Rotten customer service

I have been a YOU customer since 1.5 years. Every time I approach them with a complaint, they have taken at least 15- 20 days to resolve it. I will be promised of instant solution when I call them everyday to know the status of my complaint. But, empty promises, always.
Every month, there will be disruption of service for atleast 3-4 days for which they are supposed to reimburse the customer by giving credit
( extra days). They expect the customer to make a credit request every time. But, even if I make a request, i receive a sms that my request/ complaint is registered and will be attended to. But, i receive another sms in next two days that my problem has been resolved. In reality, nobody even calls to enquire what my complaint is about. In spite of my repeated phone calls, they dont give the requested credit and in addition to that, suspends my connection for delay in payment. How can I be made to suffer for delay in granting credit days?
YOU customer service is the worst I have encountered so far. I am seriously contemplating a disconnection request.
