@Aakash Malhotra wan aggregation meaning you want proper bonding so that even single connection gets the combined speed?
I had successfully tried some steps online to achieve this using a switch and cloud vps and some software I forgot the name...

@Aakash Malhotra If you have the $$$ i would suggest getting an x86 router from AliExpress, you can do whatever you want on that.

@JB701 is AliExpress allowed now? Safe to get expensive stuff from there? I'd like to get an x86 based mini PC with 4 ethernet ports to run general stuff.
so basically I wanted to get something to futureproof. Something that had 2.5gbe wan + 1gbe wan + 2.5gbe lan port and with load balancing + failover + link aggregation. That way say If I get two 1 gbps connections then I could have combined them both and got 2gbps of output to 1 single device through that 2.5gbe lan. Or If I got 1 single 2gbps connection then I could have used that to a single device or If I got say excitel + airtel then something that switches over to airtel as soon as excitel goes down.
But I researched more and found that internet bonding is not really that easy and that you have to spend money for services like speedify.
what I am looking for probably doesn't even exist. I realised that there is no point in looking for something like this as by the time we get >1gbps connections in India, there would be more options in market that you could get without burning a hole in your pocket.
so for now, I am looking for a device that does load balancing + failover with VPN feature and I think er605 would do that? I am thinking of getting excitel's 400Mbps connection as primary and downgrade my airtel to 40Mbps. so that way when excitel is down, my connection shifts to airtel. I am also thinking of setting up a vpn on this router so that I can route specific traffic through that? Like torrent connections because they shit the bed on excitel . Idk if that is something that can be done or not.
There is also ubiquiti's edgerouter X that I am considering.
Edit - just found our that er605 doesn't have ipv6 support? and edge router x is really old and EOL?
Edit - I was also looking at synology's rt2600ac router. This is kinda old but does seem to tick a lot of boxes.

ER605 has IPv6 support.
It has some VPN options in the UI but I never tried it and I don't think it supports wireguard.
Your best bet is to get a x86 mini PC with multiple ports or build a SFF and get an Intel multi port ethernet card.
That way you have freedom to try various software like pfsense, opnsense etc and they will be latest releases with support for things like wireguard and full customise options.

But I should say , if you want plug and play then er605 is great except it's only 1gbit ports and also outdated software.
