I called the jio fiber customer care regarding plan validty.i told her that my validity shows 4th sep..she then told that validity is extended till 20 sep.then i told its not available in my jio.she said its backend work.we will update things shortly.keep checking jio.com

Before the deadline, I guess that only catchup TV will be provided, not Live TV.
The LCO grievances are yet to be addressed by actions, not just by assurances. Fiber cuttings reported across various cities (ref. Twitter). With this background, we may have to wait beyond 5th Sept for Live TV.
