Could you submit another speed test to the other server since I can't see Softlayer server in the server list right now to compare my current ISP.

Plus, Where do you live (Delhi or Mumbai)?
 
Last Test shows that the Singtel servers are not optimized.

Anyways, Based upon your first test it's clear that Jio isn't much optimized as it should be (Fiber).

Airtel's FTTH has better ping to SG Servers. That ranges around 40-45ms.
 
Yeah their pings to sg servers are high. I did all these tests and it averaged around 150 ms ping time.
 
Dhiraj pls check these and share the results. Someone previously did it and the results were horrible for fiber. I wanna see if you get any better service from your area, since it's close to the gateways.
