Rumored Reliance Jio Fiber Broadband Plans

I emailed them saying that I havent received any response. So how much time it will take? This is the following response which I got in email:

I understand your concern with regard to availability of JioFiber at your location.
Currently, we will not be able to comment on exact date of JioFiber commercial launch.

However, we will keep you informed about other details through appropriate channels in future.

The same will also be updated on Jio.com.

We appreciate your time and patience.

For any further assistance, please feel free to write to us at [email protected] or call us on 1800-896-9999 (toll free) from any number.

in my area they are digging pits and erecting poles . i asked the supervisor about the launch . he said that it would take another 2 months . in the mean time they are covering the entire city with their cabling and poles .
place :warangal ,telangana

because of the privacy concern even the employees are not given exact information about the final availability of the service , for the top 20 cities the urban sales group @FTTH domain group has already started their work related to deploying of the fiber and even they are doing survey according to the registrations being done. it seems that it will be available very soon even less then the time period mentioned by the supervisor.

As the launch is in a phased manner and the number of connections installed per day is going to be very limited (compared to 4G launch), we may not even hear from everyone who actually got the connection. Also, the tariff wouldn't be revealed anytime soon, due to 90-day preview offer as can be seen at What is the current plan/offer in JioGigaFiber | Reliance Jio FAQs .

Given the size of a company like jio , the launch work will go on simultaneously in 1100 cities as mentioned before by mukesh

I don't think that they are going to cover rural areas right now, a city (with a population of 50K) closest to me (8km away) is getting Jiofibre, I don't think if they are going to expand more. (At least to my area)

got the ack sms.

however, pan-India availability in the foreseeable future is highly unlikely. reach for a year or two will be akin to airtel broadband at max.

Preview offer works for everyone right like if I get Jio Fiber late in my city which means I will apply late so will I able to enjoy 3 months with same benefits? I remember when I got Jio sim before everyone else it was truly unlimited with 50 megabyte per sec. I am pretty sure most people don't even know about that.
