Rumored Reliance Jio Fiber Broadband Plans

@Shubham And why would I restrict my downloads to 24 mbps (3 MBps) when I can get much faster speeds ? I work a lot from home, so any speed bump is welcome.
YMMV

I didn't restrict anything, hey it's your money you can choose any plan you want but your expectation of getting 1 Gbps for less than 2k per month is unrealistic and thats why i showed how 100 Mbps or even 200 Mbps is enough for your usage.

Let's see. 2k-2.5k is max I'll be willing to spend. Whatever comes in that package. Company foots the bill, so...?!?!

The thing with high speed plans is that the novelty wears off real quick. I mostly stream and the only time I noticed any difference is when I needed to pull the downloads faster. Any way I do hope Jio is generous with data caps unlike Airtel.

I am good with even 50mbps. What I need is data. So, 100mbps with 800+ gb within 1000 bucks is what I desire. Let's see what happens on 5th.

Well, 2 4k streaming TVs, ipad streaming, somebody streaming some videos via facebook etc. And then simultaneously downloading movies.
A guy can dream, right ?

It is extremely unlikely that 2 people will be streaming 4k at the same time and someone will be streaming on a tablet while another person streams video at the same time. On top of this someone is downloading movies at the same time. 100 Mbps is more than enough for a normal family. Of course 1Gbps is even better but at the moment it is not necessary. Even in developed nations it is rare. Of course in a couple of years we might be singing a different tune.

Even I will try it for a month if it isn't more than say 2k per month. It is another matter that most of my devices won't be capable of such speed!
