Samsung Galaxy Nexus stuck at booting animation

So I just tried upgrading the CM install on my Galaxy Nexus to the latest build it recommended.

It is stuck here:

What should I do? I had used their installer to get CM on this phone.

What version of CM was installed and what version you upgraded to?

It was on a Ice Cream Sandwich build I guess. The latest stable build was CM11 something.

So I am currently in the ODIN thingy. It says downloading. I wonder how is it downloading.

how long its been stuck? GSM version?

A wipe and reflash should've fixed this. Don't think you need to go all ODIN on it

Resetting through Recovery fixed it. Needed to install Gapps though manually. Hopefully future updates would be smoother :\
