I use my phone without a case most of the time. The case sits in my bag or car.. I use it only when I feel I need a little extra protection for my phone.

In other news my Note 2 fell from my own hands and there was very little protection from flip cover and screen guard........... Damaged both the cover and screen guard.................. :mad:Damage to phone looks minor but I am angry......... Should have been totally undamaged

That's shocking. I have dropped my Galaxy Nexus just once (touchwood) and there wasn't any damage. And it was completely naked then! And my previous phone, the Samsung Wave GT-S8500 was dropped so regularly. I think I would have dropped it more than 100 times, and there was a span of around 20 days when it used to somehow fall daily. :p And it was always naked, still no damages. Just a minor damage was there at the back and even that was hardly visible. You surely would have dropped your phone in a pretty bad way.

Lol it all depends upon the angle of the drop and the floor material. Different units would of course respond differently to similar drops. Also larger display devices are likely to suffer more damage.

Well as i said the damage are minor but cover and screen guard are also damaged and I don't like that, the thing is that the cover was /is kind of slipery kind and in this kind of chilly day prolly my grip was lose that is why it happened, will have to find a new cover and possibly screen guard:(
