This is the first cycle as I mentioned. I might go back to a 4.1.2 room because all 4.2.2 roms for my phone are hogs. This battery with a 4.1.2 Rom should be a killer.

Just bought myself a Galaxy s3. Is 4.4 available for S3 yet?

Any particular reason for getting a s3 now? It's an old model, released last year May.
Afaik, Samsung had released a buggy 4.3 update for S3 which was then halted. No idea whether it has resumed yet.
