that is clear from the one single experience you had where a service center replaced a part that was out of warranty.
on the other hand, my google nexus s suffered a dent on the phone's body on a very minor bump against the side of a bed. and of course, the netbook i had, awful build quality. dead in 2 years. and also suffered a broken hinge within the first year of use.

@chromy, we are talking phones basically , AC incidence was just an example of companies policies , basically which appear to be good.........................customer is supreme, make him/her happy.
and if i start to listen ppl on blue screen channel, i would be bankrupt soon

righto. hard to imagine an even higher resolution on these display sizes. htc one has this resolution on a 4.7" display right? that is already pretty incredible.

TooCool is correct samsung phones are not that bad. Their build quality may not be the best but it is good enough for use.
We cant expect companies to build smartphones as rugged phones, premium phones need not be rugged.
Rugged phones are another category
Xperia Z has given the user an option, thats a good choice. May be depending on the demand for it other companies will follow suit.
