I heard there were supply constraints especially with some careers in US. Due to overwhelming demand of the the most powerful android device, Samsung faces these issues. So I guess it will be released with limited supply at first. http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/2013/apr/25/samsung-galaxy-s4-launch-date
Finest offering of the award winning Galaxy 'S' series, the reviews for the S4 have been mixed till now.
It is launching in South Korea and India tomorrow. Maybe more countries. I wonder how long before it actually goes on sale in India. HTC has fucked up One launch big time.
Yeah they have. Display with this much pixel density is always going to be difficult to produce for mass volumes. Even though HTC never should face that problem due to lesser demand but they still have to cope up with. While Samsung does have the huge demand for the device. It's bizarre situation where we have the same launch date as their home country. We must be contributing for a pretty big chunk of Samsung's android market share.
Lesser shipments means less supply more demand. I see the price skyrocketing beyond 40k at start. Even the sinking Blackberry had balls to launch Z10 at Rs. 43,490. Why not Samsung?
Blackberry have always been expensive devices. We are surprised to see their prices today because we usually never cared about them. Blackberry Bold sold for 35K in the market when latest Android devices were still priced under 30K.
