many reviews were very critical on s4's design. we may see premium design from sammy next time. there are already reports of rugged version of s4.

Speed 1.6GHz Quad + 1.2GHz Quad
So India got the octacore model. I assume this one does not have LTE?
Also. WIFI WIFI a/b/g/n/ac HT80. It supports 802.11ac! :

Anyone here buying S4 should opt for at least 32 GB version.

Because with 16 GB version, only 8.82 GB of storage is available to user. As usual rest of the storage is occupied by system & pre-loaded apps (bloatware). Hmmm bloatware might not be the right term for S4 as it comes with gazillion features which require Samsung to pre-load their own proprietary apps to the device.
HTC One also occupies 7.14 GB for OS & Apps but it comes with 32 GB storage as there's no 16 GB HTC One variant available.

Now the argument might arise that S4 does support external memory card. Then I'd say..
- Many apps doesn't load from SD card. With more & more apps being programmed for dual core multithreading, soon we'll see the big herd of apps which sizes from 1-2 GB & run from internal storage. And why not? With this much raw processing power, one should at least take desktop-like application advantage on their mobile device. With 8.83 GB storage in hand, they will soon run out of internal memory.
- I really hate how most of the apps leave their digital fingerprints all over in internal storage & SD card. Where some files are always going to be remain stored in internal memory even though one moves those apps. And there comes the irritating management of Apps 2 SD. Plus swapping never fully works.
- There's a day & night speed difference between speed of on board flash & micro SD cards. Read/Write speeds are considerably slower on memory cards. With highest & costliest Class 10 Secure Digital highest avg. read/write speed varies between 20 MB/second. So that's the another factor to consider before relying on external storage.
