The consumer forum/court will take 5+ years to hand out a judgement. Sorry state of affairs.

^^ no chance, consumer court will take aroung 3 months max here in bangalore. U case will be heard with a month, this all bcz now its fully computerised

Call on 011-39418282. This is their Delhi office number. Ask for SONIKA. They will try to dodge you that she is busy or something but stand your ground that you have to talk to her and wont disconnect without talking to her. Now explain your problem to her and even tell her that you are sending a legal notice to samsung for this case as you have already contacted Service center and ASM as well. To be very frank ASM dont give a shit to your problem. Or Call 0120-3911900 Here you will have to ask for dipen. Try these and tell me what happens.

I have a very fighting experience with samsung. I have them issue me 2 cheques for 2 Galaxy S2. So yea...you need to threaten them with legal notice and consumer court case.
