Scammers on eBay India

Spoke to ebay cust. care yesterday again my 8th call now to them. Waiting time was 40 min, when i could speak to someone. Same story we will call u back. When i told the guy no one has called me back in a week since they have been telling he repeated the same thing
on twitter they have been sending me copy pasted messaged for the past 4 days with no call back or any refund


Seller has been reluctantly calling me everyday on top of that !

I am going for my first purchase from ebay and I have opted for cash on delievery option, today I got an email from the seller that I should mail him the payment. Then how is this cash on delievery??This seller has 97.8% postive feedbackanything I should be careful of while purchase and I am allowed to check the product before signing the recieving?.

NEVER DEAL WITH SELLERS OUTSIDE EBAY SITE.DON'T PAY HIM.
If the sellers ask you to mail him the money,don't do it. Only pay through ebay site.
you're allowed to check the product but most courier guys tell you to sign quickly so that they can be off doing other deliveries.

Thanks for quick replySo I pay via Cash on delivery/Paisa payI will try to get a look at the product before signing I dont have problem tipping the courier guy than having a wrong product or a tampered one.

Seller seems legit to me, if its cash on delivery, I do not think you should pay anyone other than the delivery guy. Send a mail to seller first and then eBay if he disagrees.
