how did you contact tradus , when i trying to escelate my problem , the "forward my query " button is not doing anything

And also I want to ask one thing, that is when you buy something from tradus the details of the seller is disclosed like name,address and phone no. So have you contacted the seller directly about the fake product ? What was his reply?

Nope. I just sent a message to Tradus that the product appears to be fake and I want a refund. The form worked for me. This was the seller http://www.tradus.com/store/Gadgetbucket.in%20-1504557

lol bro they are on facebook also. they sell counterfeit electronics goods on ebay also. check their wall postings

in ebay negative feedbacks can be seen in details but sadly in tradus only shows the ratings :/

my question is have you contacted the retailer directly? what was his response? tradus is just a platform for sellers like ebay so they will have little idea about these.
in tradus they have 97.50% positive feedback. so i think hardly few people complaints :/
