Sify has blocked session usage page

They sometimes seem to read the complaints here and try to redress them too on their own but the attempts are half-hearted. For eg. I remember complaining here about the inability to renew once your account expires (offline renewal) and they seem to have introduced a way around that now. But considering other users' bad experiences with it i haven't used it till now and don't think i will ever.
