Slow Speed in Borivali-West area

skorpio1 i talked to gm of Borivali exchange. he said Ericsson ports r having problem.but i can`t understand that a person residing in same building of mine is getting good speeds(connected via same exchange).Personally saw those speed test.. People connected via Borivali exchange could u post speeds what r u getting??

He may be getting better speeds because one specific console may be faulty(Erriccson-sadly the one u may be connected to) and the others my be working properly
When ports are filled up then they install a new console, and ur friend in the same bldg may have taken the connection much before/after you, hence same bldg but diffrent consoles.
but the good thing is exchnge guy has agreed its a Ericsson ports issue.get a few slow speed docket numbers and contact the GM. Once the GM gets on their case they usually find some way to instantly rectify any problems :thumbsup:

It is showing as synced @2013kbps but speeds are damn bad esp. with torrents but also noticed to be more or less same with http/ftp downloads. could be rain problem or problem on their side. the snr etc is also very bad. dunno what the problem is.
power topfirst check there is no line disturbances i.e humming or crosstalk problem in your line.Post you details stats of snr ratio,attenuation etc.. so that we can get clear picture.
If water has entered into underground lines, then u might be hearing some noise in your phone line which is causing less snr ratio.
Dial 198 and register your complaint.
