Slow speeds on MTNL Broadband

i am still facing the same prob, is there any 1 else also having truble with mtnl slow speed ?

last night after 3am speed gone on 2mbps and from morning it is normal to my plan 512kbps, and now from 2hrs it gone again slow and right now i am geting download speed of 2 to 8kbps, no idea what hapen with mtnl...... hope they fix this prob soon

I called them up today and they asked me to check internet speed on their website and if you are getting correct speed then you internet is ok. When I told them youtube is not working the person told me "woh unki website ki tarf se gadbadi hogi".

offooo how they can say this ( means they stupid people not gona fix this.... i am from east delhi and i have also call them today and they just have my complaint on there book but they have not fix it yet, and this issue of all mtnl users must be having as a lot of this forum also reply here with there prob....... in my block i dont have airtell or reliance otherwise i have swithed this long time ago... please keep on update this topic all users.. if ur conection get fix then plz share it here with us also

no not send any email, just call 1504 and register complaint there..

Try doing that, they usually take care of the technical stuff.

really thanks, can u please suggest me what shud i give in subject and how to say them ? i am not a professional in typing letter so i will have some kinda idea...
